Valencia Star Juan Mata Disappointed Kaka & Cristiano Ronaldo Absent For Real Madrid
The Che winger wanted the world's most expensive players to sample the Mestalla atmosphere...
The Brazilian is ruled out through injury while Ronaldo is serving a suspension after the red card he picked up last week against Almeria and Mata is disappointed the duo will not get to experience the atmosphere at the Mestalla.
"I wish they [Kaka & Ronaldo] were playing because they are players who do not know the Mestalla and the great atmosphere in the stands for the big games. That is why I wish they were here to see how our crowd pressure teams here," he said in an interview with AS.
The 21-year-old also declared that Valencia are in good form so far this term and says they have already shown what they are capable of against the defending champions Barcelona, a game they drew 0-0 but could have won.
"It may be the game that we show our best form. We have a good run of results, we are third and the fans are very excited. We must stay true to our style of play. We have shown against Barca what we are capable of doing," he noted.
