Real Madrid's Fernando Gago, Rafael Van der Vaart, Ruud Van Nistelrooy And Christoph Metzelder Want To Leave In Winter

With South Africa's World Cup 2010 fast approaching, Fernando Gago, Rafael Van der Vaart, Ruud Van Nistelrooy and Christoph Metzelder are reportedly dissatisfied with their lack of playing time at Real Madrid.
With the four players hoping to find regular football to increase their chances of being called up into their respective national teams for next summer's tournament, the players have reportedly expressed their interest in potential moves during the January transfer window.
As reported by Marca, Van Nistelrooy's suitors include Roma and Blackburn Rovers. Van der Vaart has seen increased playing time with Kaka's groin injury, but will likely be relegated to the bench again upon the Brazilian's return.
Metzelder's case is slightly more complicated as the German has played in just one Liga match in addition to the 4-0 drubbing at Alcorcon in the Copa del Rey. In Gago's case, the club has already previously stated that the Argentinean international is not for sale and with Malian international Mahamadou Diarra set to miss an extended period of time with the African Cup of Nations, it seems unlikely that the want-away Argentine will get his Christmas wish.
