Barcelona Midfielder Yaya Toure Admits Xerez Game Was Difficult
The Ivorian midfielder says Barca found it difficult to play their passing game...
An early second half header from Thierry Henry and a late lob from substitute Zlatan Ibrahimovic gave the champions a win and Toure acknowledged that his side were glad to get the three points.
"That was a difficult game. We are not used to playing on a surface like that and it was not a good game but we are happy to come away with the three points," he said afterwards, as quoted by AS before adding that the Blaugrana found it difficult to impose their passing game.
"The boss told us to play one-twos but on that pitch it was not easy."
The win leaves Barcelona five points clear with just two league games left to play before the travel to Abu Dhabi for the FIFA Club World Cup in mid December.
