Kaka And Karim Benzema Will Succeed At Real Madrid - Zinedine Zidane

Zizou says he received similar criticism in his playing days...

French football legend Zinedine Zidane has declared that both Kaka and Karim Benzema will succeed at Real Madrid despite failing to live up to expectations so far at the Bernabeu.

Like Zidane, Kaka arrived from Italian football during the summer with a huge weight of expectation but has so far failed to live up to his billing, while Zizou's fellow Frenchman Benzema has been hot and cold since arriving from Lyon.

But the former Madrid maestro says that the level of expectation at the club means criticism is never far away and he also pointed out that in the early stages of his time with Los Merengues, he received his own share of criticism.

"As always here [at Madrid], there is criticism. This is the way it is. After two months I also went through this time and it will happen. They're both talented players and talented players in Madrid will win," Zidane is quoted as saying by AS.
