We Must Beat Levski Sofia - Villarreal Midfielder Santi Cazorla

El Submarino Amarillo slipped to another disappointing defeat at the weekend...

Villarreal midfielder Santi Cazorla has recently been sidelined with a back injury, but has now recovered and has been included in the squad that will face Levski Sofia on Thursday.

Ernesto Valverde's side were beaten by Sporting Gijon on Saturday, leaving them in 12th place in the league, and Cazorla believes that it is vital that they hit back immediately against the Bulgarians.

"We are obliged to win in Sofia, since anything apart from winning doesn't mean anything to us," he told Marca.

"Hopefully we can pick up a victory, which we really need," he continued, although he is aware that it will be a "difficult" game against Levski.

The Bulgarians are bottom of Group G in the Europa League without a single point or a goal to their name so far.

Villarreal are battling for second place alongside Lazio, while Red Bull Salzburg are virtually guaranteed top spot.
