Although his team are yet to win away from home, Manzano has guided Mallorca to sixth in the Primera Liga table, just four points behind Los Che in fourth and Manzano knows his side will have to be at their best if they are to close that gap on Saturday.
"Mallorca has much to gain and little to lose. Getting the three points cements our goal of being among the top six in the league before finishing the first half ends and stay in European positions," he told Super Deporte.
"Those who win must have a high level of performance. Valencia has one of the most important squads in the league so we must have a high level of organisation in defence."
A win for Mallorca would put them within touching distance of the Champions League places and would leave them just five points off the league leaders, for 24 hours at least.
