Manuel Pellegrini Must Remain At Real Madrid - Guti
The 33-year-old says Los Merengues should retain the Chilean coach to allow the team to develop...
The veteran midfielder also stated that he was glad to be linked with a side like Inter, but that his intention is to see out the remaining two years of his contract at Madrid.
"It is difficult to speak badly of Inter because it is one of the largest teams in Europe and a team that appeals to anyone. But as I said, I have two years with Madrid and I would like to fulfill them.
"And if that is not the case the club and myself will take that decision. At this point I only think about training well and doing the right things to play," he told Telemadrid.
"The only problem for Pellegrini is being with a team like Real Madrid the results have to come from day one. I think all the coaches who are new are given very little room for error and this is what is happening to him.
"If Real want to make a great team, a compact team that plays well, I think it would be best to hold onto the coach so that the cycle can develop and be better for all.
"At this time of the season it is not good to talk about whether Pellegrini should continue or not."
