Thierry Henry Reveals Barcelona Pressure
Barca's form may not be satisfying everyone, but Henry believes the side are doing well. The Frenchman has spoken of the unique atmosphere presently surrounding the club...
Despite being top of la Primera Division, in control of their Copa del Rey tie and ready to bounce back in Europe, there have still been question marks over the level of their play.
Winning the treble last term and then scooping the Spanish and European Super Cups in pre-season has meant that success is now expected at Camp Nou.
“This is Barca. You win five titles and people want six! You draw 0-0 and they want three points and a vintage performance every week," Henry was quoted as saying by the club's official website.
"That's what this place is like and if you want to play here you have to know how to deal with that sort of pressure.
"Right now we are in a good position as we are top of the league, still in the Champions League and playing pretty well."
