We Need To Improve Defensively As A Team - Atletico Madrid's Tomas Ujfalusi
The Czech defender says Flores' influence will show in time...
Atletico Madrid's Tomas Ujfalusi has said that defending is the responsibility of the whole team and not just a handful of players, whilst adding that on field communication must improve to eliminate defensive mistakes.
"Everyone has to defend not only four or five players. We have a lack of concentration in the first few minutes of games and that made us lose games. We need to talk more between us," the Czech defender told Marca.
Ujfalusi warned too that Atletico can expect a "tough game" against Athletic Bilbao at the weekend and must defend well while looking to take their chances.
The 31-year-old added that he does not believe the influence of new coach Quique Flores will become evident overnight, and said that he will play "wherever the coach wants".
"The difference will not be noticed until in the future," he remarked.
