I Would Have No Problem With Renewing My Contract At Sevilla - Luis Fabiano

The Brazilian has insisted he would have no hesitation in prolonging his stay with los Rojiblancos...

Luis Fabiano, Sevilla (Peace Cup)
After being close to a move to AC Milan during the summer, Luis Fabiano had previously suggested that he would consider a move away from Sevilla to chase "new opportunities".

However, the Brazilian has reneged on his words and declared that he will renew his contract with the Andalucian club if that is their wish.

"I am very happy and if Sevilla want to talk [about a contract extension], I would talk without a problem as my family are happy living in Seville," he affirmed to Marca.

"For me, there wouldn't be a problem."

When he was asked about his previous quotes that suggested he wanted to leave, Fabiano insisted that his words had been lost in translation and a transfer was far from his mind.

"Things arrive differently here to what I said in Brazil. [Journalists] put what they want - I said that I am happy here, that I was thinking about Sevilla and that's it."
