Alvaro Negredo Out Of Sevilla's Champions League Clash With Stuttgart - Report

Los Nervionenses will be without another one of their key players tomorrow night...

Alvaro Negredo, Bosnia, Spain (MARCA)
Manolo Jimenez will reportedly be without Alvaro Negredo for Sevilla's trip to Stuttgart, as the striker has had to pull out of the squad at the last minute.

According to Marca, Negredo has been suffering from a virus that has developed into a form of hypothermia.

As a result, the club's medical staff have recommended that the Spanish international should not travel to Germany with the rest of the squad.

Los Rojiblancos are already with Andres Palop, Abdoulay Konko and Renato for the match.

Jimenez has not named a replacement player yet, but it will certainly be a further blow for the coach.

He is expected to start Frederic Kanoute up front with Luis Fabiano, and has the options of Jose Carlos and Arouna Kone on the bench.
