Sevilla striker Luis Fabiano looks rather chuffed atfer bagging a hat-trick for his side in the 4-0 win over Ponferradina in the Copa del Rey (Marca)
Sevilla striker Luis Fabiano has described Barcelona's star forward Lionel Messi as the best player in the world.

Speaking in an interview with AS the Brazilian hit-man said that the best players in the world played for Spain's top two teams, Barcelona and Real Madrid and identified the Argentinian as the pick of the bunch, while also describing international team-mate Kaka and Portuguese winger Ronaldo as amongst the best the world has to offer.

"The wold's best players are at Madrid and Barcelona. Cristiano Ronaldo is excellent, he get's goals and is very fast but the key player for Madrid is Kaka," Fabiano said.

"I like him a lot and played with him at Sao Paolo. He is one of the best players in the world and makes the difference at Madrid.

"Messi is the best, no doubt. He has won everything possible. He is a very good player and I consider him to be the best."
