Villarreal's Giuseppe Rossi Feels Completely Like An Italian - Agent
The forward has had an impressive few months with Villarreal...
Giuseppe Rossi's agent has admitted that should the calls come from any big clubs this summer then he would answer it, and if they are Italian, then even better.
The youngster has been rumoured to be leaving Villarreal during the summer transfer window and it seems as though Serie A is his likely destination.
Talking to Radio Kiss Kiss, Federico Pastorello explained that his client would be prepared to listen to offers from any big clubs, but is with Villarreal still.
"The player is in a difficult situation. He is happy at Villarreal where we are trying to renew his contract but, without a shadow of a doubt, if we received a call from a big club, we would answer it," he stated.
"If that club happened to be Italian then it would be better because he feels completely like an Italian."
Rossi has been with Villarreal since the summer of 2007 after spells in England with Manchester United and Newcastle United.
However, only during the last year has he really started to impress and even at the Confederations Cup where Italy were disappointing, he stood out.
