Atletico Madrid Will Listen To 'Interesting Offers' For Sergio Aguero - Cerezo
The player reportedly has many suitors around Europe wanting to sign him...
Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo has admitted that should an "interesting offer" come in for Sergio Aguero, the club are prepared to listen.
The Argentine was disappointing last season with Atleti but despite that is still rumoured to be wanted by a number of top clubs around Europe.
Speaking to RMC about the situation, Cerezo revealed that no-one has been in touch, but they if they do, Atletico are open to offers.
"We will open talks, if an interesting offer is made," he said.
"Many people have spoken about Aguero but the truth is that Atletico have not been contacted by any suitor."
Whilst the future of the Argentine is not clear at the moment, one man whose playing career seems to be away from the Vicente Calderon is Gregory Coupet.
The veteran goalkeeper joined Atletico last summer but has not played much at all, and now he could be allowed to leave the club, with Paris St-Germain the reported destination.
"We will do what he desires, I mean that he will go if he wants to and he will stay if he wants to. Meeting wonderful people and professionals like him is exceptional," mused Cerezo.
