Barcelona does not need to worry about the left side of their defence being exposed according to the Brazilian veteran...Sylvinho believes that if he features for Barcelona in the Champions League final, he will not be seen as a weakness by Manchester United to exploit.
The Brazilian full-back is set to be asked to mark Cristiano Ronaldo in his role at left-back and is confident that he can stop the Portuguese star.
Eric Abidal is suspended and with Dani Alves and Rafa Marquez also out, the Blaugrana's defensive options are stretched but that is something that does not concern Sylvinho.
"I don't see the position [left back] as a weakness for us," he told reporters.
"I haven't played a lot of games but on the other side when I've had my opportunities I think I've played really well.
"Cristiano Ronaldo has such talent, he's very difficult to handle. He can do things you can't imagine. His mind is quick but I think my mind is quicker.
"You have to be physically fast too and though it's not easy to defend one against one, tactically as a team you can sort out this problem."
