Barcelona continued their preparations for the match that could see them crowned as league champions when they take on Real Mallorca on Sunday.

Pep Guardiola was without various injured stars and opted to call up members of the B team, Barca Atletic, to maintain the numbers for Friday's training session.

After winning the Copa del Rey in midweek, the players had little time to celebrate before they had to refocus on earning the single point that they need for the league title.

Gabi Milito continued his recuperation, while Rafa Marquez, Albert Jorquera, Andres Iniesta and Thierry Henry all missed training with knocks at the Ciutat Esportiva.

With these absentees, Guardiola included Gai Assulin, Xavi Torres, Abraham, Thiago, Botia and Fontas, all of whom he believes could make the step up to the first team next term.

Barcelona travel to Mallorca on Saturday and may not need to take anything from the game if Real Madrid do not win their match against Villarreal on the same day.

No less than ten players had to take an anti-doping test after training as Dani Alves, Andres Iniesta, Carles Puyol, Samuel Eto'o, Henry, Milito, Sylvinho, Jose Manuel Pinto, Sergi Busquets and Seydou Keita were called upon to give a sample.
