The Argentine suffered a knee injury last August and only returned to the side last weekend as a substitute against Valencia.
Now, with the season drawing to a close and the Madrid based outfit in a perilous position, he is ready to help them with the final push for survival.
"The club and the president have given a lot of support to me and my family, because it is not just about me. I want to return the confidence that they showed in me," Marca quotes him as saying.
"They did not object if I recovered in Argentina for a long time. I needed to feel comfortable, to return with my family and that was done. I want to return the support, they have always treated me in the best way."
With regards to the competition between the posts at Getafe, Ustari declared that between himself, Jacobo Sanz and Vladimir Stojkovic, it is healthy.
"Stojkovic, Jacobo and myself train every day to try and be first choice, it is healthy competition. No one is trying to get one over each other. Simply, the coach has decided that Jacobo should be number one, and we are working to try and alter that," he explained.
Next up for Ustari and Getafe is a game against Sevilla at home this weekend, and the 'keeper knows they need to start winning games.
"We cannot give anymore. It is the main thing and we must not think about the long-term. In the situation we are in we must go game by game and to get the most possible points," he concluded.
