David Silva Uninterested In Leaving Valencia For Juventus - Report

The young playmaker will almost certainly leave the Mestalla this summer, but he is eager to stay in Spain...

Double David: Silva and Villa did the damage as Valencia downed Atletico Madrid 3-1.
Valencia and Juventus are keen to complete the transfer of David Silva, but the player himself is not so enthusiastic about the move.

According to Sport, Juve have made an offer of €25 million to Los Che, a deal the cash-strapped club are eager to accept. Silva, however, has other ideas. He is keen to remain in Spain and is aware of interest from Real Madrid and Barcelona.

The 23-year-old is believed to be intent on winning the Primera Division title before moving elsewhere, leaving the two giants as his only realistic options for a transfer, as no other Spanish club could afford his transfer fee.

Should neither of them make an offer, however, Silva may have to look overseas, for Valencia are likely to have no choice but to sell their star assets to raise finances.
