Gloomy Outlook For China's Sun
Chinese defender Sun Jihai is copping flak from all sides following his red card in Sheffield United’s 1-1 draw with Coventry in midweek.
The former Manchester City star was sent off his tackle on Michael Misfud.
His reaction to the red means that he has been charged with improper conduct by the English FA.
The utility man is also in hot water with boss Kevin Blackwell who warned him that he should not expect to walk straight back in to the Blades’ first team.
“Sun knows the rules, when players get sent off, every club has rules regarding sendings-off and its no different for Sun,” Blackwell said.
"He could find himself out longer than he thinks, as he's going to have to fight to get his place back."
