Sevilla Set To Snare Bohemians Star?
Spanish giants Sevilla could be ready to snap up Mindaugas Kalonas from eircom League side Bohemians once his contract expires...
The Lithuanian international has been somewhat of a nomad since coming through the youth system of Dynamo Moscow in 2002, with no fewer than nine clubs adorning his CV.
This season, however, Kalonas has been in fine form as his side wrapped up the league title at a canter with four matches still remaining.
Reports in the Irish press now suggest that Primera Division outfit Sevilla are to send two delegates to watch the midfielder in action as Bohs take on Cork City in the final game of the season tonight.
Kalonas is not expected to renew his contract at the Phibsborough side, with the terms of his short-term deal expiring after the FAI Ford Cup final next week, when the Gypsies take on Derry City.
The Irish Daily Star reports that Premier League outfit West Bromwich Albion have also been tracking Kalonas' progress.
