The Gabon international has been linked to the Spanish giants over his most prolific season yet for the German club, having scored at a rate of nearly a goal every game so far in 2015-16.
Paris Saint-Germain have also been mentioned in connection to him but, while he still remembers a promise that he made to his grandfather to one day represent Madrid, the former Saint-Etienne man has no plans to return to Ligue 1.

"PSG? That's not my objective," Aubameyang told beIN Sports. "I can't say anything else about it. I can't see any reason to go back to France when I left three years ago.
"Real Madrid? There is no agreement but I promised my grandfather I would play there one day. Why wouldn't I want to discover new things? As I've said several times, I'd like to play in Spain and have good weather for once in my life!"
The 26-year-old has previously described representing Madrid as his "childhood dream" but maintains his position that rumours of a move this summer are "bulls**t".
