Benfica have denied that Juventus have started negotiations with the club over a move for defender Luisao.
The Italian champions are looking to bolster their defensive options ahead of the new season and have been heavily linked with both the Brazilian.
However, club president Luis Filipe Vieira insists that there has been no contact from Turin and claimed that the 33-year-old would see out his career in Lisbon.
"There are no negotiations between us and Juventus," he told the club's official television channel.
"Luisao has three years on his contract and if Juventus want, they can contact us. Luisao said in his last interview that he would retire at Benfica and that's what will happen."
Juventus are also interested in a move for Olympiakos centre-back Kostas Manolas, with the Greek club confirming that the Bianconeri have already made an offer for the 23-year-old.
