Edinson Cavani has reassured Paris Saint-Germain fans that he has no plans to leave the French champions after just one season.
The Uruguayan striker only joined the capital club from Napoli last summer but found himself playing in an unfamiliar wide role during his first season in Ligue 1.
A host of clubs, including Manchester United, have been linked with his signature but Cavani feels absolutely no desire to move on.
"I'm certain that I'll stay - why wouldn't I?" the attacker told L'Equipe.
"I feel very good in Paris, I have a contract to respect at PSG. I'd prefer to be here. I feel good here.
"Like I've already said, that doesn't depend solely on the position of a player but also things that can happen at the club."
Cavani revealed that he has held talks with the coaching staff over his role at the club, but insisted that all of his previous positional concerns have now been addressed.
"The staff replied to what I had mentioned," the explained. "We had some small problem with respect to the position I wanted but I feel very good about that.
"I waited for the right moment to speak. It's important for a striker to play in a position which is natural for him. Now everyone knows by position and it's not worth talking about."
