The 18-year-old Cameroonian duo have both penned deals that will see them remain at Camp Nou until June 2017 and had their buy-out clauses set at €12 million.
"This is a very important day in my career, I’m very happy," Dongou is quoted as saying by the club's official website.
"When I came to La Masia and the day I made my debut at the Camp Nou are my two most memorable moments since I came here. I’m very excited to stay at the club."
Centre-half Bagnack, who has been with Barca since 2006, was also only too happy to extend his stay in Catalunya.
"I’m very pleased that I’m renewing my contract with the best team in the world," he told the club's official website. "I’m very happy."
