Lyon midfielder Maxime Gonalons says he is aware of growing interest from Napoli and will evaluate his future at the club.
Gonalons played 90 minutes in Lyon's 6-1 win over La Suze in the Coupe de France on Sunday and has made 27 appearances in all competitions so far this season, with performances attracting the attention of clubs across Europe.
However, the 24 year-old Lyon academy graduate is aware of the growing interest from the Italian side.
Speaking to Olympique Lyonnais TV, Gonalons said: ”We all know that Napoli is interested in me, but when a big club like that wants you, you have to evaluate things.
“At the beginning of next week there will be meetings with the (Lyon) President Aulas and the coach to find the best solution for my future.
"Now it is up to the three parties to find an agreement."
The club's president Jean-Michel Aulas insisted there has been no contact from any clubs.
He added: “Gonalons to Naples? I have nothing particular to say, you have to ask Maxime if he has been approached by other clubs. As far as I'm concerned I haven't been contacted by anyone.”
Lyon currently sit 10th in the Ligue 1 standings, with their chances of European football next season slipping away. It would be the first time in 17 seasons (1996-97) that Lyon would not be involved in European competition.
