Tottenham have confirmed a deal has been agreed with Valencia for Roberto Soldado, subject to the Spain international completing a medical with the Premier League club.

Goal revealed on Sunday that the two sides had struck a deal for the forward, with Spurs set to pay Soldado's €30 million [£25.9m] release clause.
