The Sweden international is excited about the idea of playing in the Premier League and will hold talks with Norwich CityPSV forward Ola Toivonen says that he will talk to Norwich City after the two clubs agreed a €5.7 million fee for a potential transfer.
The Sweden international, who has previously been linked with the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal, is keen on the idea of playing in the Premier League.
While the 26-year-old is not quite as enthusiastic about the prospect of joining the Canaries - who last season battled against relegation - he told Voetbal International: "It's not a bad idea to listen.
"It's the Premier League, a great competition. I'll talk and we'll see what happens."
When questioned about links to Norwich earlier in June, Toivonen admitted that he had not seen them play last season and suggested that he would turn down an approach if their style did not suit him.
Chris Hughton's side have already secured the signature of striker Ricky van Wolfswinkel from Portuguese giants Sporting as they seek to improve on 2012-13's modest record of 41 league goals.
Toivonen has appeared 34 times for the Sweden national team, scoring on six occasions.
