Ajax to sign Tobias Sana from IFK Goteborg - report
The 23-year-old's contract expires in August, and the Eredivisie champions have reportedly put a deal in place to bring him to the Amsterdam Arena
Ajax are on the verge of signing Tobias Sana from IFK Goteborg, according to Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf.
The 23-year-old midfielder will complete his move on Monday, and will sign a three-year contract with the Amsterdam club.
Sana's contract with the Blavitt is due to expire in August, and as such the Eredivisie champions will only pay a minimal fee for the youngster, expected to be in the region of €500,000.
Ajax assistant coach Hennie Spijkerman was spotted, along with chief scout Hans van der Zee, at the Swedish league game between Gefle and IFK last Saturday, where Sana impressed.
The Gothenburg-born playmaker has played 59 games for the Swedish club since 2009, scoring three goals.
