The Brazilian defender has opened the door to a move to the Turin-based club, who are believed to be keeping tabs on the 23-year-old with a view to making a summer bid
The Brazil international has tipped to move to Europe for several months now, with Juventus and Benfica both understood to be keen on the 23-year-old.
Italian sources have suggested that Bianconeri scouts were in Switzerland on Wednesday to check on Dede in Brazil's 2-1 victory against Bosnia and Herzegovina.
"Playing for Juve would be wonderful," the centre-half told La Gazzetta dello Sport. "I come from the same city as Felipe Melo and I talked to him about it.
"He told me that Juventus are a very serious club with fans who follow the team all around Italy.
"I am fine at Vasco, but I am certainly proud to have attracted interest from Juve."
Dede, who has a contract with Vasco until 2014, is believed to be valued by the Brazilian club at €8 million.
