The young Nigerian has been on the books of many clubs including Arsenal and Schalke since he moved to Holland in 2010, where he made a big impact with Eredivisie side VVV.
Musa, 19, broke the 20-year-old scoring record of the Nigeria Premier League in 2010 after scoring 18 goals in as many games.
He has become a member of the Nigeria senior team and was nominated for the Confederation of African Football's (Caf) young player award in 2011.
CSKA and VVV have yet to agree on a transfer fee for the young player, who has a contract until 2013.
In September 2011, the Venlo side allegedly turned down a big money offer from a Bundesliga club for his services.
