Galatasaray have confirmed the signing of Emmanuel Eboue from Arsenal on a four-year contract.
The Gunners had previously revealed that they had come to terms over an agreement concerning the sale of the right-back, pending the completion of formalities and registration process.
Now the Turkish club have issued a statement on their official website, reading: "The transfer fee that will be paid to Arsenal is €3.5 million."
"For 2011-12 and 2012-13, the player will receive €2.5m for each season and then €2.2m for each of the 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons."
Eboue spent six years playing for the Gunners, and recently claimed that he snubbed an interest from rivals Tottenham Hotspur to make a move to Galatasaray.
The Ivorian becomes the latest player to leave the Emirates Stadium this summer, with Gael Clichy, Cesc Fabregas, Samir Nasri and Denilson all departing.
