Real Madrid midfielder Lassana Diarra has said he has no agreement with Tottenham over a switch there, and believes there will be no such transfer in future.
In a twist to the long-running transfer saga, the 26-year-old midfielder claimed there was never any accord struck with the Premier League side, despite Harry Redknapp confirming his arrival as a possibility.
Reports then suggested both clubs had agreed on an €11.5 million fee, with Diarra having supposedly said yes to a €115,000 a week salary.
However, the former Arsenal and Chelsea man is adamant there has never been any deal.
"The information on my exit is false. I do not have any agreement with Tottenham, and I do not believe that will I have one," Diarra told AS.com.
Despite mounting speculation over his future, Diarra made clear he intends to stay in Spain.
"I have a contract with Real Madrid until 2013 and my coach is Jose Mourinho."
Diarra is currently in Nice, France, where he is visiting family.
