The transfer fee will be paid in three different installments: €5 million will be go to Bayer Leverkusen immediately, while €3 million will only be transferred on 30 June. The remaining €2.5 million will hit the German club's bank account on 31 December of 2012.
Juventus have announced the transfer fee could rise by €2 million, depending upon the player's performances over the next five years.
Vidal, 24, had been a mainstay at Bayer Leverkusen since his arrival in 2007 from Colo Colo, who will receive 30 per cent of the transfer fee.
