The League One club have accepted a bid from the German heavyweights, with personal terms now being discussed before the deal can be finalised.
Parry told the club’s official website: “Dale flew over to Germany [on Wednesday night].
“He's having a medical and discussing personal terms [on Thursday] and travelling back [Thursday night].
“If everything has gone well it should be signed [on Friday].
A versatile player, the 18-year old Jennings can operate on either wing or up front as a striker. He is Bayern's fifth capture this summer after Manuel Neuer, Rafinha, Nils Petersen and Takashi Usami all signed deals to play at the Allianz Arena next season.
Jennings is expected to begin his career Germany in Bayern’s second team, playing in the fourth tier with hopes of being promoted upon his further development.
