Milan midfielder Mark van Bommel will decide his future at the end of the season, his agent has revealed.
The 33-year-old signed for the Italian giants in January until the end of the season with the Rossoneri retaining the option to extend his contract by a year.
Van Bommel has started to show his worth for Milan and was important in their 3-0 victory over Napoli in Serie A at San Siro on Monday evening.
However, the Dutchman's agent, Mino Raiola, has claimed that it is not a given that he will stay with the Rossoneri beyond the summer.
"There is still nothing certain - only that PSV are the only Dutch option for him," Raiola told Voetbal International.
"If Milan were deciding today they would keep him. He is a very important player for them.
"But as he only came in the winter window we decided together that only in May would we look to the future."
