The Serie A outfit are reportedly pondering a move for the Austria international with Il Corriere dello Sport speculating that the Aquile are keen to land the 27-year-old in January and are willing to send Libor Kozak the other way.
Janko has now stated that he is happy to be linked with the former Italian champions.
“I am flattered by Lazio's interest," he said to reporters.
“I have got to know about it through a team-mate and it can't but make me happy.”
