Inter Made A Major Error By Not Signing Anyone - Former Milan Ace Zvonimir Boban
Zvonimir Boban feels Inter are on the path to failure after they struggled to match Milan in the transfer market.
By Salvatore Landolina
Zvonimir Boban has said Inter have shown a weakness and flaws in buying power compared to Milan after they ended the transfer market without signing top players.
The treble-winning champions struggled to attract top stars - a stark contrast with Milan, who landed Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Robinho.
And Boban feels the Nerazzurri could be made to count the cost of a sterile shop during the course of the season.
"Inter made a mistake by not buying anyone," Boban told Sky Sport Italia.
"They needed to put in new players so that the old guard could defend their pride and position. But by not doing anything they are making mistakes.
"I think they need a playmaker. Someone who could get the ball to Wesley Sneijder quickly."
