Inter Offered Jose Mourinho Target Samuel Eto'o To Real Madrid - Report
Jose Mourinho failed in his last ditch attempts to sign Samuel Eto'o from Inter because Florentino Perez did not want to spend.

El Mundo Deportivo claims Mourinho pleaded with the president to make some last-dash moves on Tuesday in order to bolster Madrid's attack, but his appeals were turned down.
It has since been claimed by Ona FM, that Inter actually offered the 29-year-old Cameroonian hitman to los Merengues for €25 million as the Champions League holders had set their sights on landing Robinho from Manchester City, for a lower figure and thus make a profit on the operation.
However, Perez stood firm on his decision not to sign Eto'o, meaning Inter could not pursue Robinho who eventually joined city rivals Milan.
