Official: Marius Stankevicius Joins Valencia On Loan From Sampdoria
Sampdoria have confirmed via their website that Marius Stankevicius has joined Valencia on an initial loan deal.

Sampdoria have confirmed Marius Stankevicius has joined Valencia on loan for the season, with the Spanish club having the right to buy him.
A statement on the Italian club's official website reads:
"U.C Sampdoria S.p.a communicates to have loaned Marius Stakevicius to Valencia who have the option to buy him."
The Lithuanian midfielder was on loan at Sevilla last term, but following his return the Italian club decided it was best for him to return to Spain.
Los Che were eager to bolster their squad after seeing Alexis and Carlos Marchena leave the Mestalla.
