Fabio Quagliarella In Turin For Juventus Medical & Contract Signing - Report
Striker on the precipice of completing Juventus switch from Napoli...
By Salvatore Landolina
Il Corriere dello Sport and Sky Sport Italia are both reporting that the Napoli man had a meeting with Juventus president Andrea Agnelli before being whisked away to the Fornaca Clinic where he will undergo a medical test before heading back to Corso Gallileo Ferraris to pen a deal.
The deal centres around a loan which Juventus will pay Napoli €4 million for the privilege. As part of that agreement Juventus will have the option to buy the striker permanently for €10m.
Quagliarella is expected to earn €2m during his stay in Turin with additional bonuses thrown into his salary depending on success.
The Italian striker could make his debut against Bari on Sunday if he signs his deal tonight.
That will come as relief for Lugi Del Neri who could miss out on Amauri after he injured his left leg against Sturm Graz on Thursday in the Europa League.
