Juventus Ready To Raid Inter For Nicolas Burdisso
Roma to meet Inter this week to try and salvage a deal...
By Andrew McLean
Juventus are closest to securing the services of the Inter's Nicolas Burdisso, who spent last season on loan at Roma, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The capital club have also been in the hunt for Burdisso and talks are on-going. BBC Sport believe that Inter technical director Marco Branca will meet with Roma representatives either today or tomorrow.
However, Juventus are ready to part with €7.5 million for the 29-year-old Argentina international and Inter would be ready to accept the bid if Roma cannot trump the Old Lady.
