Uganda Cranes left back Nestroy Kizito has signed a two-year contract with FK Partizan.
The 28-year-old passed his medical just over a fortnight ago and yesterday revealed his happiness after clinching a deal with the Serbian champions.
"My arrival at Partizan represents great progress for me, since I'm now a member of the biggest club in Serbia," said Kizito.
"I hope I justify the expectations of Partizan's coaching staff. I'll try my best to get ready for the season and then show why I was brought here," he told the club's official website.
Kizito has been plying his trade in Serbia for the last five years with FC Vojvodina. Before his arrival to Novi Sad, he twice played for FK Srem together with compatriot Phillip Ssozi after leaving SC Villa of Uganda.
While in Serbia, Kizito was elected twice as the Vojvodina Supporters Player of the Year, in 2006 and 2009.
