Raiola claims talks are on hold for now...Manchester City's deal for Inter striker Mario Balotelli is edging closer, but the bureaucratic wheels seem to be turning sluggishly as agent Mino Raiola doesn't expect a conclusion until next week at the earliest.
"On Mario there is nothing new today, and there will not be anything new during the week," he told Tuttomercatoweb.com.
Raiola's words follow reports in England on Wednesday which speculated that Chelsea were ready to interfere in negotiations.
The Daily Mail claimed City have offered the Nerazzurri a convincing €27 million deal, having seen a €23.5m offer turned down last week.
Raiola, who is also Zlatan Ibrahimovic's agent, was then asked whether the Barcelona man's link with Milan was verifiable.
And he jokingly said the big Swede was heading to San Siro, fed up with denying rumours.
"Every time I answer, you guys are not happy and so I will say he is going to Milan," he concluded.
