Manchester United are pressing ahead with their plans to sign Inter striker Mario Balotelli, but his agent Mino Raiola is eager not to detail too much in relation to transfer negotiations.
"I inform only my wife of my whereabouts. Of course I always travel a lot for work reasons and from here until August 30 I will be travelling plenty," he told Calciomercato.it in relation to his reported trip to Manchester.
"The interest in Manchester is real, and both clubs confirmed this. Balotelli is pleased that [Sir Alex] Ferguson is chasing him, but we cannot exclude that he will stay at Inter or join a different club.
"We will move calmly and evaluate the situations step by step."
Earlier Il Corriere dello Sport claimed Raiola was heading to Manchester to make enquiries with both United and City in relation to Balotelli's future.
It added that Inter would consider a €40 million bid.
However, Nerazzurri coach Rafael Benitez has said he is keen to work with Balotelli, stating: "He is an important player. We will see," when he was probed on the player's future.
