thumbnail Hello,

Yellow Canaries keen on Dutchman...

Fenerbahce are looking to prise striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar away from AC Milan, news daily La Gazzetta dello Sport suggests.

The Holland international's future at San Siro has frequently been called into question after an indifferent first season with the Rossoneri.

Huntelaar scored just seven goals in a Milan shirt this season, and with the club reportedly keen to bring in Barcelona's Zlatan Ibrahimovic this summer, they may look to move on the Dutchman.

Benfica, Bayern Munich and Tottenham have all been credited with an interest in Huntelaar, who cost Milan €15 million last summer.

In the event of parting with the striker, it is believed Milan would always want to recover the investment they made in him, and reports in Italy suggest that Fenerbahce are willing to go as far as to offer €18m in a bid to secure the 26-year-old's services.

However, La Gazzetta dello Sport suggests that Huntelaar will turn down a move to Fenerbahce as he looks to prove his football at Milan.
