Juventus have recalled Michele Paolucci from Siena and will remain until the end of term, the club have announced.

Ciro Ferrara's injury crisis up front has forced the club to take swift action. Until Paolucci's arrival, the Old Lady had just 14 players available for the trip to Chievo Verona tomorrow. The hitman will be at the team's disposal for that game.

A statement on the club's official website reads:

"Paolucci a Bianconero once again.

"Michele Paolucci returns to Juventus. The 24-year-old striker, who developed at Juventus and spent time with Ascoli, Udinese, Atalanta, Catania and Siena, arrives to reinforce the striking department on a loan deal until the end of the season.

"Paolucci will train with his new team-mates and is available for the game against Chievo Verona."

Amauri is suspended, while Vincenzo Iaquinta, Sebastian Giovinco and David Trezeguet are all injured. Paolucci joins Alessandro Del Piero and youth team player Ciro Immobile for the trip in Verona.
