Milan are ready to leap into the transfer market and offer Wolfsburg €25 miliion cash and striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar in exchange for Edin Dzeko.

L'Equipe
reports the Rossoneri have opened up dialogue with the German side and are ready to throw the dice for the powerful Bosnian striker.

Milan have been chasing Dzeko since early on in last summer's transfer window, and although a move couldn't be agreed before the first September deadline, they now appear confident of clinching a deal. To help facilitate the move, Huntelaar will be used as bait to entice the German outfit into reaching an agreement.

Adriano Galliani has always maintained there would be no major spending this winter, but reports would suggest that Milan may now make their move.
