Juventus Look At Tottenham Hotspur Defender Gareth Bale - Report

Reports in Italy claim the Bianconeri are keen on Bale...

Gareth Bale - Tottenham Hotspur
Juventus are tracking Tottenham Hotspur's Welsh international Gareth Bale with a view to signing him in January.

Tuttosport
claims Bale, who can play as a left-back or as a winger, is wanted by the Old Lady who is expected to add reinforcements in January. Bale is one of two left-backs being followed by Juve, with Lazio's Aleksandar Kolarov on the list too.

The report claims Spurs need a cash injection and will offload players who have been peripheral to Harry Redknapp's plans this season. Bale has played just three times in the Premier League this term, having another three run outs in the League Cup.

The former Southampton man is tied to the club until 2012 after signing a new deal last year. But it is said a €15 million bid from Juve could see him make the switch to Turin.

Milan were also linked with Bale last summer, but the move never took flight.
