Parma Linked With Milan ‘Keeper Zeljko Kalac – Report
The Gialloblu have reportedly set their sights on the Rossoneri shot-stopper.
According to the latest reports from Corriere dello Sport, Milan’s Zeljko Kalac could be on his way to the promoted club in the coming weeks.
The Australian international is seen as the ideal replacement for Emiliano Viviano, who recently joined Bologna, and with a wealth of experience on his side, his arrival could be extremely beneficial for the ambitious club.
Parma have also been linked with Sampdoria’s Antonio Mirante, Piacenza’s Mario Cassano and Ferdinando Coppola of Atalanta, but Kalac seems the most approachable target.
With Christian Abbiati set to return from injury at the commencement of the new season, and with Dida the current number two 'keeper at the club, the Aussie will likely struggle for playing time in the Rossoneri colours this season.
