The Brazilian midfielder has agreed to gain competitive experience with the Minhotos...
Possebon is regarded as one of the hottest prospects in the Premier League and this loan deal will allow him to get more games under his belt before earning a chance with Sir Alex Ferguson.
Braga, who finished fifth in the Portuguese league last season, will compete in the UEFA Europa League next term and have reportedly beaten West Ham United and Bolton Wanderers to the youngster's signing.
According to Publico, Possebon underwent a medical this morning, with the deal expected to be confirmed by both clubs before the end of today.
Possebon, who has an Italian passport, arrived at Old Trafford from Sporting Club Internacional in January 2008, and made his first senior appearance in a 1-1 Premier League draw against Newcastle United in the first fixture of the 2008/09 season.
